Salted ricotta made from sheep's milk from Cagliari. This ricotta has a creamy, delicate and fruity flavour. Its texture is moist and firm, with a white colour developed after approximately one month of salting and dry seasoning. Ricotta Salata is delicious grated over pasta dishes. Gluten-free.
