Arborio DOP rice

Arborio DOP rice from Baraggia has exceptionally large grains. It is one of the best-known Italian rice varieties abroad, has some of the largest grains among Italian rice and is one of the best-selling Italian rice varieties in Italy. These qualities make it wonderfully versatile. It is perfect for risotto, ideal for creating creamy dishes because of its high starch content, and also works well in salads and soups.
