Nougat ingredients: almonds 30%, sugar, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, honey, tapioca starch, powdered egg white, vanilla and flavourings. Coating ingredients 20%: sugar, vegetable fats, skimmed milk powder, lactose, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, lemon essential oil and flavourings. May contain traces of hazelnuts and pistachios. Ingredients in bold may cause reactions in people with allergies or intolerances.
