Pecorino Lorenzo Peperoncino

Attention, sheep's cheese lovers! Pecorino with chilli is a very spicy hard cheese, originally made from pure sheep's milk and refined with chilli. Slice it and serve with a little oil or honey and fresh fruit to complement a meal. It is also excellent as a simple but delicious summer dish with cooked or fresh vegetables.

Ingredients: pasteurised milk (sheep, goat and cow), milk cultures, chilli, salt and rennet.
